Individual Match Summaries 
Creekside 1 [4] at Moose Lodge [11] 
Creekside 1 was short two men on Tuesday and could not keep up with the Moose Lodge, losing 11-4. Jorge Guerrero had three wins to lead the 4th place Moose (9-3). Mark Weingartner had two wins for 7th place Creekside 1 (5-7). 

Monty’s 2 [9] at Bak Dor 2 [6] 
Bak Dor 2 held a brief 3-1 lead at home against the powerful Monty’s 2, but as they usually do, Monty’s came roaring back and pulled away to a 9-6 victory. Four Monty’s players had two wins each; Jim SteeleEdmundo BurquesAlfonso Lazaro, andAndres Cortes. Bak Dor was led by two-game winners Rosalie Breeland and “Super Mario” Reyes. 2nd place Monty’s 2 improved to 10-2 while 10th place Bak Dor 2 fell to 4-8. 

Old King’s Road 2 [3] at Break Time 1 [12] 
Host Break Time 1 jumped out to a 5-1 lead and finished strong to defeat Old King’s Road 2 by a score of 12-3. Andre AparicioMarc Alexander, and Ray Arias all had three wins for 3rd place Break Time 1 (9-3). Don PerkinsEric Kaiser, and Bryan Lumeach had one win for 9th place Old King’s Road 2 (4-8). 

Sportsman 1 [10] at Monty’s 1 [5] 
Harry Peltz had three wins to extend his league-leading win streak to 17 games, helping Sportsman 1 easily handle Monty’s 1. Monty’s Joe Mesa had a good night as he defeated top players Leana “Mississippi Hellcat” Finley and Chris “The Ripper” Acklerand almost beat Peltz. Unfortunately for Monty’s, after eight games the score was Sportsman 6, Mesa 2. Three games later the match was over. 5th place Sportsman 1 improved to 8-4 while 8th place Monty’s 1 fell to 4-8. 

Tiburon Tavern [5] at Cliff Room 3 [10] 
Tiburon Tavern held a 3-1 lead in their quest for a match win, but Cliff Room 3 came barreling back to overtake Tiburon and cruise to a 10-5 victory. Both captains led their squads with three wins; Cliff Room captain Keith Baugher and Tiburon captainKevin Rehak. Rehak has been on a tear lately. After losing 19 of 22 games, Kevin has won 8 of 9, beating tough competition along the way. 11th place Cliff Room 3 improved to 3-9 while last place Tiburon fell to 0-12. 

Old Town Tavern [3] at Monty’s 3 [12] 
Monty’s 3 recovered well from their heartbreaking week 11 loss, defeating Old Town Tavern 12-3. Kevin FarrellPhil Beach, and Todd Knudsen all rolled in three wins for 4th place Monty’s 3 (9-3). Rob NowlandJay Younger, and Marty Schwind got the wins for Old Town Tavern (3-9), who dropped one spot to 10th place. 

Break Time 2 [8] at Sportsman 2 [7] 
Behind Ed “Bulldog” Ogden‘s three wins, Break Time 2 came from behind and nipped Sportsman 2 at the wire, 8-7. Two-game winners Jessica WarsonAnthony Saenz, and Derrick Craig put Sportsman up 3-0, and after 12 games, Sportsman was on the hill, 7-5. Ogden then handed Saenz his only loss on the night, wife Avonell Ogden followed with a win over Nate Hill, and league rookie Paul Kouns polished off the comeback with a win over Kate Williams. Break Time 2 (4-8) moved up to 7th place with the win. Sportsman 2 (2-10) fell back to last place. 

Break Time 5 [7] at Old King’s Road 1 [8] 
In the premier match of the night, Old King’s Road 1 hosted Break Time 5 in a battle for 2nd place in B Division. OKR’s Tony Allred got the fireworks going early with a break-and-run to open the match, and Break Time’s Mike Rys followed with a table run. Three-game winner Rachel Johnson put OKR ahead 3-1, but Break Time answered with three straight wins to take a 4-3 lead. OKR responded with four straight wins to go on the hill at 7-4, but after Brian Purrington scored a table run over “Pistol Pete” Conover, OKR’s lead was trimmed to 7-6. Johnson then finished out her perfect night by downing Dave Thomas, securing the OKR victory. Rys ended the match with his third win of the contest. The two teams traded places in the standings as Old King’s Road 1 (10-2) moved up to 2nd place and Break Time 5 (9-3) fell to 3rd place. 

Carp Billiards [5] at Creekside 2 [10] 
With their 10-5 win at home against Carp Billiards, Creekside 2 improved their record to 3-9 and leapt three positions to 9th place in B Division. Creekside was all over Carp Billiards at the start, leading 4-0 after four games. Carp Billiards quickly gained momentum, winning four straight to tie the score, but it was all Creekside after that. Jacob Viani led Creekside with three wins, while Carp Billiards was led by two-game winner Garet Watters. Carp Billiards (2-10) fell to 11th place with the loss. 

Cliff Room 4 [11] at Endless Summer [4] 
1st place Cliff Room 4 won the first six games at Endless Summer and cruised to an 11-4 victory. Peter Tagles and Terry Howell both had three wins for Cliff Room 4 (11-1). Captain Adam Priddy got two of the four Endless Summer game wins. With the loss, Endless Summer (4-8) fell to 8th place. 

Don Q’s 2 [12] at Cliff Room 1 [3] 
What looked like an intriguing matchup turned into a blowout as host Cliff Room 1 was dominated by Don Q’s 2, losing 12-3. Led by three-game winners Jim Zambelli and captain Ismael Huerta, Don Q’s sprinted out to a 4-0 lead and never looked back. Zambelli’s second win was a break-and-run. David ClarkGene Manriquez, and Eddie Velez each had one win for 6th place Cliff Room 1 (5-7). 5th place Don Q’s 2 improved to 8-4. 

Cliff Room 2 [5] at Don Q’s 1 [10] 
Larry Smith had three wins to lead host Don Q’s 1 to a 10-5 victory over a dangerous Cliff Room 2 team. The two teams traded wins until Robert Rosa sparked a three-game Don Q’s rally with his second break-and-run of the season. Two-game winnersJack Poet and Brandon Teris then won to tighten the score to 6-4 at the beer frame, but Don Q’s won the next three games to seal the match. 1st place Don Q’s 1 improved to 11-1, while 6th place Cliff Room 2 fell to 7-5.
