The Carpinteria girls golf team was challenged on the back-nine at Los Robles golf course on Thursday, not to mention having a matchup with Tri-Valley League leaders La Reina.
Despite a 245-334 loss to the Regents, the Warriors had a positive experience dealing with the difficult course that included elevated tee boxes, extreme dog legs and water hazards.
Catherine Hough was the low Warrior with a 61. La Reina’s McKenna Cox was medalist due to her score of 46.
