A championship at the Pal Memorial Tournament wasn’t enough to elevate Santa Babara High in the latest CIF Division 2 boys water polo rankings.
The Dons remain at the No. 3 spot behind Foothill and Dana Hills going into the last week of the regular season. They play Buena on Tuesday and host seventh-ranked San Marcos on Thursday, which will be for the outright league title.
Santa Barbara is 23-4 and riding a 19-game winning streak.
