Ally Garza and Kylie Schmidt led Santa Barbara High to 10th place in the Division 2 race at the Mt. SAC Invitational on Saturday.
Garza and Schmidt came in together, Garza in 38th and seven seconds ahead of Schmidt in 39th. Garza’s time was 21 minutes and 51 seconds.
Will Walter’s 47th place finish in a time of 17:43 was fastest for the Dons boys team.
Santa Barbara races again on Thursday at the Santa Barbara County Meet hosted by Lompoc at River Park.
