Hunter Clark finished in the top 10 out of 242 finishers and the Dos Pueblos boys cross country team placed eighth out of 35 teams in its division at the Clovis Invitational on Saturday at Woodward Park in Fresno.
Clark ran 16:42 over the 5000-meter course to finish in ninth place. Ivan Ricardo stepped up and ran the fifth fastest time on the team after running as the seventh man most of the season, said coach Joshua Christensen.

Christina Rice ran 20:16 and came in 28th out of 218 finishers in the girls race. DP placed 18th in a race with 33 schools.
