Santa Barbara avenged an earlier loss to Dos Pueblos on Thursday by defeating the Chargers 13-5 in a Channel League match.
Cade Sorensen swept in singles and the Dons’ top two doubles teams – Eva Kershner/ Alexia Berton and Hope Dalton/ Brooke Morison – pulled in six sets without a loss.
Claire Stotts won two-of-three sets in singles. It was a reversal from the first time the two teams met when Stotts couldn’t pick up any points for the Dons. Natasha Fleisher also won a singles set today after getting swept in the first meeting.
