Carpinteria strung together a third straight victory on Tuesday in a 15-3 decision over Nordhoff.
“We actually started off a little slow and had a few tight sets at the start before we found our rhythm and started to play with more purpose,” reported Warriors head coach Charles Bryant.
The singles lineup was nearly unbeatable as Hali Schwasnick and Kathryn Blair were 3-0 on the day. Anna Artiaga won two of three singles sets and dropped her one set 7-5.
Bryant mixed up the doubles lineup after each round and used a handful of different combinations. It resulted in seven wins from doubles.
The Warriors (7-10 overall) move to 3-3 in the Tri-Valley League standings.
