Carpinteria improved to 6-1 in girls golf with a 275-320 win over Fillmore on Thursday at Elkins Ranch.
Yarely Aviles shot 48 to earn medalist honors. She was followed by Elizabeth Esquivel with a 50 and a Juliet Parson with a 52.
Carpinteria sits in second place in the Tri-Valley League.
