Alex Pitchford turned in a medalist performance on Thursday in San Marcos’ 232-325 victory over Buena at Birnam Wood.
Pitchford carded a 42 to lead all golfers on the par-36 course.

San marcos improves to 12-2 overall and 6-1 in league. The Royals’ final league dual match is next Thursday against Dos Pueblos at La Cumbre Country Club.
