The Spartans lost their season opener to Camarillo, the top-ranked team in the Northern Division.
Bishop Diego (3-0) remained at the No. 9 spot in the Northern Division after its 29-23 win over a tough La Salle team. The Cardinals will play a division opponent this week as they travel to Cabrillo of the Los Padres League.
