Villanova swept away Bishop Diego on Tuesday night in a Tri-Valley League match. Game scores were 25-13, 26-24, 25-16.
Cardinals head coach John Sener said his team played much better in the second game but a pair of errors cost the game at the end.
Francesca Engel led the Cardinals with seven kills.
Bishop Diego (1-3) faces Grace Brethren next.
