The Providence girls volleyball team edged Orcutt Academy 3-2 on Wednesday in an exciting match to start the season.
Keara Rutz and Madison Niessen led the way with terrific serving all night. Niessen served the final 10 points of the match and tallied 4 aces on the night. Rutz’s five aces was a team high.
