St. Bonaventure didn’t do Bishop Diego any favors on Thursday night and dominated the Cardinals 25-9, 25-13, 25-19 in the Tri-Valley League opener for both teams.
“Bonnie has one strong hitter and we could not get a hand on anything she was hitting,” reported Cardinals head coach John Sener.
Tiana Molony collected nine kills to lead the Cardinals and Sener singled out Sienna Gonzales for sparking a run in the third set.
