Dos Pueblos and Carpinteria will clash for the first time since the early 2000’s; San Marcos and Santa Barbara meet in regular-season finale
It’s not too early to start thinking about high school football. The 2015 schedules are set, and coaches are running their players through spring workouts to get an early look at the personnel they’ll be counting on when the season rolls around on Friday, Aug. 28.
One of the highlights of the season will be the renewel of the Carpinteria-Dos Pueblos rivalry. The schools will be playing each other for the first time since the early 2000s.
Presidio Sports takes a look at some of the schedule highlights of the five local teams: Bishop Diego, Carpinteria, Dos Pueblos, San Marcos and Santa Barbara.
