Want to watch a great soccer match while helping the Santa Barbara Soccer Club raise funds to send its girls under-17 and boys under-17 teams to Boise, Idaho for the U.S. Youth Soccer Far West Regional Championships?
The club is hosting a viewing party at Casa Blanca Restaurant (330 State Street) for Saturday’s European Champions League final between FC Barcelona and Juventus of Italy.
The club is asking for a $20 donation. That will get you a meal of three tacos, rice, beans and a soft drink, and the opportunity to watch the game with other soccer aficionados.
The festivities start at 11 a.m., and run till 2:30 p.m. Kickoff is scheduled for 11:45 a.m.
