Today’s Foresters baseball game (Tuesday, June 9) sponsored by Presidio Sports has been rained out. It’s the first California Collegiate League game postponed because of rain in CCL history and just the second Foresters game rained out in the past 20 years.
Today’s game against the Neptune Pearl has been rescheduled for a double-header on Thursday beginning at 1 p.m.
Presidio Sports’ gameday has been moved to Tuesday, June 23 against the Conejo Oaks at 5 p.m.
Presidio Sports and the Santa Barbara Foresters would like to extend an invitation to all graduating student-athletes and their families to attend the June 23rd game.
Prior to the game, Presidio Sports will honor its All-City selections from the 2014-15 school year in a brief ceremony on the field. One athlete will be randomly picked to throw out the ceremonial first pitch.
The June 23rd game against the Conejo Oaks begins at 5 p.m. at UCSB’s Caesar Uyesaka Stadium. Attending student-athletes can just show up and sign in at the gate under Presidio Sports’ game-day sponsorship.
