CIF baseball pairings were unveiled on Monday morning and the Channel League champion Dos Pueblos Chargers will open up against Villa Park in the first round of the Division-2 playoffs on Friday.
The Chargers (15-14, 8-4) host Villa Park (19-8, 8-4), which placed second in the North Hills League. The winner could possibly face the division’s top ranked team, San Clemente, in the second round.
Santa Barbara High (16-12, 7-5) will travel for its first-round game to Oxnard. The Yellowjackets and Dons played twice during the regular season, splitting a pair of one-run games. Oxnard (24-4, 11-1) won the Pacific View League.

Carpinteria made the postseason in Division 4. The Warriors travel to Alhambra for a wild-card game on Wednesday. The winner moves into the first round on Friday at Sonora.
