Santa Barbara completed an unbeaten Channel League season by sweeping Buena, 25-11, 25-18, 25-18, Thursday night in J.R. Richards Gymnasium.
Hayden Millington blasted 14 kills and ripped eight service aces to pace the Dons (17-7, 8-0). Jasper Rhodes added 10 kills and three aces, and setter Cord Pereira handed out 39 assists.
“It’s a great accomplishment and I’m lucky to be a part of it and to be with this team,” Santa Barbara coach Chad Arneson said of going through league without a loss
The Dons play one more match before entering the Division 1 playoffs. They host a strong Royal team for Senior Night on Tuesday.
