The Carpinteria boys volleyball team swept past Malibu on the road in straight sets during a Tri-Valley League matchup on Wednesday evening. The Cardinals defeated the Sharks by a score of 25-10, 25-13, 25-10.
Coming off a thrilling 3-2 win against Bishop Diego the night before, Carpinteria looked strong throughout versus Malibu.
With the victory, the Warriors wrap up the regular season with a record of 12-2 overall, 11-1 league. Carpinteria will begin play in the CIF playoffs next week.
