Dunn rallied against Carpinteria on Friday, making the Warriors sweat out a 10-8 non-league victory by making it close in the final round.
The Warriors jumped out to a 5-1 lead in the first round but needed wins from No. 2 doubles Jonathan Cleek/Bryan Taira and No. 2 singles Jeremy Saito. Both positions swept three sets for the Warriors.
Carpinteria is now 9-10 overall and 2-6 in the TVL.
