Cate finished its first season in the Tri-Valley League on a high note, sweeping Fillmore, 25-10, 25-22, 25-23.
The win avenged a five-set loss against the Flashes.
“Tonight, we took care of business in three,” said Cate coach Greg Novak. “The team was very stoked on the way we finished, being able to beat everyone that beat us early on.”
Cate finishes 9-3 in league.
Oliver Welch led the Rams with 15 kills, Morgan Pierce added 12 kills and James Skovel had five blocks.
