San Marcos’ frosh/soph runners tore it up at the Ventura Invitational on Saturday.
Freshman Jennifer Nnoli set meet records in winning the 100 (12.57) and 200 (26.00). Her times would have won the varsity division.
The frosh/soph girls 4×400 relay set a meet record of 4:04.74. The team consisted of Erica Schroeder, Delaney Werner, Abby Willitte and Destiny Anderson.
For the varsity, Cameron Shinn was second in the triple jump (42-5.5) and fifth in the long jump (19-5); Matt Turk took third in the pole vault at 11-9 and Chloe Allen was fourth in the girls shot put at 34-9.
