Laguna Blanca captured the first set of Wednesday’s non-league match with Salesian only to succumb 23-25, 25-20, 26-24, 25-20.
“I was very happy with how we attacked the ball in the first two games, especially Ethan Katnic and Chris Costantino,” reported Owls head coach Dillan Bennett. “Before Ryan Bickett hurt his shoulder in the second set, he was also attacking very well.”
Costantino led the team in kills with 14.
Laguna Blanca (1-3, 1-0) is off for two weeks for spring break.
