The Santa Barbara High boys tennis won all nine doubles sets and 8 out of 9 singles sets en route to a 17-1 demolition over Ventura on Tuesday at the Ventura tennis courts.
Taggart Mills and Logan Lender swept all three of their matches at the No. 1 and No. 2 singles spots. Max Mercurio secured two win at the No. 3 berth.
In the doubles department, Miles Hale and Benjamin Bird held down the No. 1 spot, the duo of Jackson Powell and Sebastian Gericke also did’t falter a match at the No.2 position, and Tyler Greenwald paired up with Issac Kershner and did the same.
Recently deemed the 5th-ranked team in CIF Division 1, the Dons improve to 7-0 overall and 3-0 in league and will hit the road on Wednesday to take on No. 9 Beverly Hills.
