Cameron Cox of Dos Pueblos placed second at 138 pounds at the Mann Classic wrestling tournament on Saturday.
Ryan Fidel and Jose Murillo rebounded from defeats and finished seventh in their weight classes.
Cox won four matches, two of them by pin and one on a major decision. In the final, he was pinned by Johnny Knowles of Calvary Chapel at 4 minutes.
Fidel defeated Shawn Chavez of Magnolia, 3-2, in the seventh-place match at 106 pounds. Murillo pinned Stephen Nothern of West Torrance in 2 minutes at 113 pounds.
