Bailey Wolf and Maisie Zimmerman scored goals for Santa Barbara High on Monday at the North Orange County Tournament as the Dons split a pair of matches.
Santa Barbara defeated St. Joseph 1-0 after falling to Newport Harbor 3-1 in the morning.
Wolf scored against St. Joseph, giving the Dons a 1-0 lead shortly before halftime. The defense held on in the second half for a shut out.
Zimmerman’s goal gave Santa Barbara a 1-0 first-half advantage against Newport, but the Sailors rebounded with three in the second half to secure the victory.
