Bolden Brace’s 29 points and 15 rebounds boosted Santa Barbara’s boys basketball team past Arroyo Grande, 81-58, in a non-league matchup at J.R. Richards Gymnasium on Tuesday night.
It was the second time this season Brace scored 29 points in game. Two other Dons scored in double figures with Max Henderson adding 14 points and Chris Wagonhurst 11.
After holding a 40-31 advantage at the break, Santa Barbara never looked back and continued to build its lead from that point onward.
The Eagles’ Cobe Williams led all scorers with 31 points. The senior guard connected for six 3-pointers on the night.
With the victory, the Dons improve to (6-1 overall). Santa Barbara plays at home on Friday versus Nipomo.
