The Cardinals rallied to victory after trailing by five points with two minutes remaining in regulation. Alexis Herrera stole the ball and recorded an assist on a layup by Cota. With 40 seconds to go, Schneider knocked down a long-range 3-pointer to tie the game.
In overtime, Goodwin, a freshman, made two 3-pointers to push Bishop Diego into the lead. Schneider then made a layup to put the Cardinals ahead for good.
