Santa Barbara High is on to the quarterfinals after topping Harvard-Westlake 11-7 on Friday in a CIF Division-1 match.
The Dons will be matched up with third-seeded Mira Costa in the quarters on Monday in Santa Barbara. First serve is at 2 p.m.
Nine of the Dons’ points came from sweeps in three positions. No. 2 singles player Summer Garrison went 3-0, as did the doubles teams of Cade Sorensen/Marianna Alevra and Madison Hale/Lexy Gulden. Mattea Kilstofte won two of three in singles to finish off the scoring.
