Mika Henrickson shot a career-best 34, leading four Dos Pueblos players in the 30s in the team’s lowest-scoring match of the season on Thursday. The Chargers beat Ventura 187-274 at par-35 Buenaventura Golf Course
The match marked the first time Henrickson finished under par.
“That was cool,” said coach Rob Schiff, whose team improved to 12-0 and 7-0 in Channel League.
The 187 bested the Chargers’ previous team low by one stroke.
Bella Vigna followed Henrickson in the scoring with a 36, Megan Caird fired a 38, Jamie Sharpe scored 39 and Julie Forester had a 40.
The Chargers play their final league match Tuesday against San Marcos.
