The Dos Pueblos Little League 10-Under All-Stars won the District 63 Tournament title.
Dos Pueblos Little League climbed through the loser’s bracket and beat rival Goleta Valley South twice to capture the District 63 10-Under All-Stars Tournament championship.
In the deciding game, Dos Pueblos fought back from a 4-0 deficit, held off a fierce Goleta Valley South rally in the sixth inning and pulled out a 12-10 victory to claim its first title since 2007.
Ryan Speshyock pitched five scoreless innings to earn the win and Jordan Rico notched the save.
DPLL was led offensively by Josh Brennan (2-3, 2 RBI), Kellan Montgomery (2-3, 1 RBI), Rico (2-3), and Jackson Greaney (1-3, 3 RBI).
The DPLL All Stars are managed by Dr. Dan Brennan, with Jeff Greaney and Lee Speshyock serving as coaches.
