Trevor Craig hit a two-run homer to highlight a six-run second inning, and the Dos Pueblos Little League 11-under All-Stars rolled past Santa Paula, 12-1, in a mercy-rule four-inning District 63 Tournament game on Thursday at Goleta Valley South Little League.
Dos Pueblos will be the No. 1 seed in the double-elimination part of the tournament. It will play on Monday, June 30 against the winner of the Goleta Valley South vs. Santa Paula game.
Pitchers Alex Moosbrugger, Jack Parrish and Cole Philip limited Santa Paula to three hits, striking out seven.
Craig and Ty Montgomery each had three hits for Dos Pueblos. Dylan Borgeson and Alex Moosbrugger each had two hits.
