Ali Everson hit a home run and doubled for Bishop Diego in an 11-8 non-legaue softball loss to Channel Islands on Wednesday.
The Cardinals loaded the bases with one out in the top of the seventh but couldn’t come with a clutch hit to push any runs across.
Marissa Cordero went 2-for-4 with two RBIS, Gabi Powers hit two doubles and Kylie Koepper added a homer for Bishop. Catcher Lindsay Bosio threw out two baserunners.
Bishop Diego will be off until April 29.
