Carpinteria’s boys volleyball team broke into the win column Monday with a sweep over Orcutt Academy. The set scores were 25-16, 25-10, 25-9.
Luis Ceja had 11 kills and Mason Picerni added 10 to lead the Warriors (1-4). Austin Myers contributed five kills and had two blocks.
Victor Garcia spearheaded the defense along with Arturo Saldana and Eduardo Rodriquez.
