Dos Pueblos reached a perfect 10-0 in boys tennis in Tuesday with a 16-2 Channel League win over Ventura.
Patrick Corpuz went 2-0 and Miles Baldwin 3-0 in singles, losing only one game between them. The doubles team of Mason Casady and Joshua Wang didn’t lose a game in sweeping three sets.
“I am proud of our team for playing an efficient and focussed match,” DP coach Liz Frech said. “We all appreciated the fine sportsmanship between the two teams and Coach Sepulveda’s hospitality.”
The Chargers (4-0 in league) will take their undefeated record to Santa Barbara on Thursday. The Chargers ended the Dons’ 114-match win streak in league in their last meeting
