Peter Ramos, Tim Jimenez and Ian Craddock each won two events to lead the Carpinteria High boys track and field team to a 57-45 win over Nordhoff in the schools’ annual Maricopa Relays on Thursday.
Ramos won the shot put and discus; Jimenez took the long jump and triple jump and Craddock captured the 110 hurdles and 300 hurdles.
The Carpinteria girls lost to Nordhoff, 57-45. Nicole Pepper won the 100-meter hurdles and Sierra Garcia took first in the pole vault.
