Patrick Corpuz overcame a cold and swept his three sets, losing only two games, to lead Dos Pueblos to a 16-2 non-league boys tennis win at Thousand Oaks on Thursday.
The Chargers (2-0) won seven singles sets.
Coach Liz Frech said the match of the day belonged to freshman Miles Baldwin. In a long, intense battle, Baldwin defeated Jayden Silpachai, 6-4.
In doubles, the Chargers went 9-0.
Next up for the Chargers is a match at San Luis Obispo on Tuesday.
