Bishop Diego’s girls soccer team dropped a 3-0 Frontier League opener at Fillmore on Tuesday.
The Flashes led 1-0 at halftime and added two goals in the second half.
“They outplayed us most of the game,” Bishop coach Tessa Binkley said. “ It was a tough loss to start our (league) season. We’re looking to work hard on our mistakes and come out stronger on Thursday against St. Bonaventure.”
The Cardinals are 5-4-1 on the season.
In a boys match, Bishop lost 3-0 against Grace Brethren.
