Jacob Brosnan scores two goals, and Bishop Diego broke into the win column Tuesday with a 4-0 non-league victory over Kilpatrick.
Brosnan scored in the 36th minute off a Joshua Romero assist and tallied his second goal unassisted. He intercepted a pass on a Kilpatrick counterattack and scored.
David Alvarez gave the Cardinals a 1-0 lead in the 9th minute when he beat the goalkeeper on a 25-yard free kick.
Romero picked off a clearing pass and scored seven minutes into the second half.
The Cardinals (1-1-2) are back in action Friday against Orcutt Academy at home.
