Cate jumped out to a 24-6 first-quarter lead and rolled past Dunn, 73-31, in a Condor League boys basketball game on Wednesday night.
The win snapped a three-game losing streak for the Rams.
Center Ryan Baird scored 12 of his 16 points in the first quarter to get Cate off to a fast start. Freshman Nick Thomas scored 13 points and senior captain Spencer Whiteman added eight points.
