Twenty-six of Amber Melgoza’s 34 points came in the first half of Saturday’s 62-13 drubbing of Paso Robles by Santa Barbara High’s girls basketball team.
Melgoza added five rebounds and seven steals to her stat line.
Dezzy Coleman delivered a well-rounded game of four points, five rebounds and five assists to help Santa Barbara improve to 14-2 on the season.
The Dons finish the round-robin Righetti Tournament with a 4-0 record. Their next contest isn’t until January 14 when they begin their Channel League season against Dos Pueblos.
