Three Cate players and Quentin Tedesco from Laguna Blanca have made the All-CIF First Team for 8-Man Football, it was announced on Monday.
Nik Pajouh, Max Vasquez, and Peter Kim earned the distinction for Cate.
Faith Baptist’s Johnathan Rasmussen was named Player of the Year for the Division-1 champion Contenders. Teammate Gary Tyler was given the Defensive Player of the Year award, while Coast Union’s Angel Avina was recognized as the Offensive Player of the Year.
Vasquez, Kim and Tedesco made the First Team for offense while Pajouh was a defensive standout.
