Max Vasquez scored three touchdowns, leading Cate to a 45-28 victory over Thacher, giving the Rams the Condor League football title on Saturday.
Vasquez had touchdown runs of 60 and 16 yards and caught a swing pass he turned into a 20-yard scoring play. He finished the game with 163 yards rushing on 16 carries.
John Besar scored a pair of touchdowns on runs of 3 and 1 yard. Quarterback Michael Nettesheim threw a 30-yard touchdown to Abraham Tall, as Cate finished 4-0 in league play and 6-2 overall.
The Rams will learn of their CIF 8-man football playoff draw on Monday.
