Megan Grant and Lisa Santry of Santa Barbara will face Katie Yang-KC Egger of Dos Pueblos in one semifinal, and Karina Thornton-Lexi Gulden of the Don will take on DP’s Amber Sharpe and Helena Lee in the other on Thursday at the Tennis Club of Santa Barbara.
