Carpinteria swept all nine singles sets en route to a 16-2 rout over Oaks Christian in a non-league girls tennis match on Tuesday. Kelsie Bryant did not lose a game at No. 1 singles, Odessa Stork played well and Kassandra Ni pulled out a few close sets to complete the sweep. The Warriors' No. 1 doubles team of Lesly Zapata/Merissa Souza went 2-0 and then Souza paired with Jackie Wilson and went 1-0. Natalie Saito/Gabi Montes De Oca at No.3 doubles went 2-1 and"probably played their best match in the last set against the Lions No. 1 team despite the loss," said coach Charles Bryant. At No. 2 doubles, Emily Saito/Makenna Pike went 1-1 and then Saito paired with Allison Wagner and went 1-0.
