Carpinteria posted its second straight shutout win on Thursday, beating Santa Paula 18-0 in a Frontier League girls tennis match.
“We had strong performances from everyone,” said Warriors coach Charles Bryant, whose team improved to 6-1 overall and 2-0 in league.
Natalie Saito played singles for the first time this season and played well, Bryant noted.
No. 1 player Kelsie Bryant improved her season record to 21-0.
