Miraya Ramirez shot her lowest score with a 38, leading Dos Pueblos to a 281-214 non-league golf victory over Santa Ynez at Glen Annie Golf Course on Monday.
“The great thing is that she was playing so solid that it could have easily been two strokes lower as she left a couple of putts just short,” DP coach Dan Choi said. “Miraya has been struggling so far this year, but we knew it was only a matter of time until she would start putting it all together.”
Megan Caird fired a 40 and Jamie Sharpe shot a 43 for the Chargers, who improved to 5-0.
DP opens Channel League play Tuesday against Santa Barbara at Glen Annie.
