Santa Barbara’s Cassidy Drury-Pullen was invited to participate on the Southern California Volleyball Association Beach High Performance team.
The 14 year old was recommended by USA Volleyball after tryouts that included hundreds of 15-under girls from throughout the region.
Drury-Pullen will compete in the High Performance Championships, July 17-21 at Hermosa Beach. Her doubles partner will be determined by the USAV High Performance coaching staff, which includes former UCSB star Brooke Niles.
Drury-Pullen plays indoor volleyball for the Santa Barbara Volleyball Club and will attend San Marcos High in the fall.
She won a CBVA age-group doubles tournament in Pismo Beach with Samantha Slater from Ventura.
