Santa Barbara High’s Brenton Walker advanced in two events at Saturday’s CIF Division-3 Track & Field Prelims.
The senior leapt 21’3.5″ in the long jump and 6’2″ in the high jump.
Walker advances to next Saturday’s CIF Championships.
“He’s had a great year. He’s been super consistent in both of those events,” said Dons head coach Olivia Perdices.
Teammates Gavin Koehn and Natasha Feshbach, despite not advancing, also competed well for the Dons according to Perdices.
