Santa Barbara High’s girls 200 free relay team qualified for the championship finals at the CIF Division 1 Swimming Championships on Thursday.
The team consists of Kelsey O’Brien, Dana Sloan, Maddie Trabucco and Kristina Garcia.
The Dons’ 400 free relay team of O’Brien, Sloan, Trabucco, and Sophie Trabucco qualified for the consolation final, and O’Brien qualified for the consolation finals in the 50 and 100 freestyle.
For the boys, Tarry Burkhardt finished his high school swimming career by just missing the consolation finals in the 50 free and the 200 rree relay. Relay teammates Evan Robertson, Colin Fristoe, and Cristian Bridley finished 19th and are first alternates.
